Location

The apartment is located in a pleasant neighborhood close to the city center and right next to a lovely park.

All essential amenities are within a 5-minute walk or drive – including a school, kindergarten, supermarket, gym, bistro/café, and bakery.

There is a bus stop - Výzkumný ústav in front of the building. Nature lovers and those who enjoy an active lifestyle will appreciate the nearby park, perfect for walks, jogging, or even barbecues. A bike path runs along the Chrudimka River, offering a convenient and scenic route into the city center.

Layout

Upon entering the apartment, you step into the main hallway. On the left side of the hallway, there is a built-in storage wardrobe. Directly opposite the entrance is a separate toilet, followed by a standalone bathroom equipped with a bathtub.

On the right side, you enter the living room, which has access to a 3,5 sq m² balcony, and then into a separate, fully equipped kitchen. From the hallway, you also enter a separate bedroom with a built-in wardrobe on the left side.

The apartment features plastic windows face northwest, blinds, and curtain rods. The flooring is linoleum throughout the apartment, except for the hallway, bathroom, and toilet.

Furnishing

The apartment is partially furnished – the kitchen is equipped with appliances (induction hob, electric oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator, dining table with two chairs, cabinet, and microwave). Other furnishings include a washing machine, a desk, a double bed, and built-in wardrobes in both the hallway and the bedroom.

Facilities

Parking is available directly in front of the building in a private paid parking lot – CZK 500/month.

Price

The monthly rent is 16 000 CZK. Utilities and other service charges are 4 000 CZK. Internet is not included in the rent. A refundable security deposit of 32 000 CZK is required, and the agency commission is 16 000CZK.

Conditions

The apartment is available for move-in from September 3, 2025. The ideal tenant is a couple. Smoking is strictly prohibited. The owners reserve the right to select a potential tenant based on chosen criteria and prefer a long-term rental. Viewings will be scheduled according to the availability of the current tenants.
