Facilities

Parking is available directly in front of the building in a private paid parking lot – CZK 500/month.

Price

The monthly rent is 16 000 CZK. Utilities and other service charges are 4 000 CZK. Internet is not included in the rent. A refundable security deposit of 32 000 CZK is required, and the agency commission is 16 000CZK.

The apartment is available for move-in from September 3, 2025. The ideal tenant is a couple. Smoking is strictly prohibited.
