Price

The cost of rent depends on the length of the lease.

The price is 23500 CZK (940 EUR) per 1 month plus the service fees 5000,- CZK (app200EUR) per 1 month. The deposit is refundable and is demanded to cover the possible damage, the amount is 28500,- CZK (app. 1140 EUR).
You do not pay any commission to the real estate company for the rent. 
No extra costs.
