Amazing fully furnished apartment on Bolevecká St., one tram stop from the faculty of medicine and one from the center (Sady Petatřicátníků)

The apartment is great for 2 people or for a couple, because it has 2 separate bedrooms (in the pictures one of them is converted into a study room). One bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The second bedroom is not furnished. From this second bedroom is an entry to one of the balconies. From kitchen it's separated by sliding door. In the bedrooms there are no wardrobes at all, the apartment has something much better - WALKING CLOSET! The apartment has a modern kitchen unit equipped with oven, cook, microwave oven, little built-in fridge and another little fridge. There are also the most important dishes such as plates, pots, glasses etc. In the middle of the kitchen there is black wooden dining table with 4 chairs - look like new! From the kitchen you may enter second balcony. There is also a big bathroom with a lot of storing space. Washing machine is not included.

The whole apartment is very sunny and calm, it has security lock, its own parking space, new windows with blinds. Also there is a fixed line with telephone and a router (modem) for O2 Internet connection so it could be connected to the Internet quickly! We would also help with satellite installation if needed.

Thanks to central heating system the heating is not so expensive. The rent is 8 400,-CZK per month + 4 066 for utilities (2 996 CZK for heating, water.. + 600 CZK for electricity + 500 CZK for the Internet connection), altogether it's just for 12 466 CZK per month!
