The monthly rent is 20 000 CZK + 4 000 CZK for energies & services. The calculation is for 2 people and the refundable deposit is 30 000 CZK. The Internet connection is arranged by the tenant (approx. 500 CZK). The landlady accepts long-term (1-year) and reliable tenants.
