Located in a popular Tomkova street, just a few steps from the University Library and less than 10mins walk to the Faculty of Medicine. 

Layout

It consists of a spacious entrance hall, 2 separate bedrooms-one is smaller, one is bigger, a big living room with a kitchen and dining area, separate toilet and bathroom with shower corner. 

Furnishing

The apartment is fully furnished for 2 people.

In the entrance hall, there is a wardrobe for coats. In the bathroom, there is a sink, shower corner, and a washing machine. At the toilet, there is a toilet shower installed. 

Living room - sofa, coffee tables, chest of drawers, kitchen area - oven, microwave oven, fridge with small freezer, dishwasher, dining table with 4 chairs. 

Smaller bedroom - bed, study desk with a lamp, bookcase, chair, chest of drawers.

Bigger bedroom - now there are two single beds but can be one double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookcase, study desk, and two chairs.

Facilities

Situated on the 3rd floor of the residential house without the lift. There was a complete reconstruction of the whole house and apartment a few years ago, so everything is modern. No noise in the house from the street.

Price

The monthly rent including the utilities and the Internet is 22 000 CZK.  Deposit 44 000 CZK.
