In the house there is an English-speaking reception, so all the problems or requirements can be solved straight away!
The rent of the apartment is 9000 CZK plus approx. 1000 CZK for the utilities plus 500-700 CZK for the basic O2 internet package. We strongly recommend the Client to set aside 1.000 CZK on a monthly basis as a precaution, should the energy deposits paid on a monthly basis fail to cover the expenses for utilities.
It it possible to obtain a bed linen and kitchen crockery and cutlery for an extra monthly fee of 500 CZK.
