The apartment is fully furnished, you will have everything you need. Kitchen: fridge with freezer, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, table with chairs. Living room - sofas and armchairs, coffee table, lamps, new TV which has many English channels since it's connected to satellite. You can also connect it to your notebook and use the screen as a full HD monitor. Each bedroom is furnished with double bed, desk with office chair, wardrobe, bookcase and some chest of drawers. There is also a washine machine and dryer in the bathroom.

Facilities

Situated on the 4th floor of the house without the lift with a nice view of the White Tower. The apartment has its own storage for bicycles or all necessary things. The landlord is super kind and speaks English.

Price

Monthly rent 20 000 CZK + 4 000 CZK deposit for utilities and the internet. Returnable security deposit 48 000 CZK. Agency fee 24 000 CZK.
