Panel building was revitalized 10 years ago and thanks to that there is great isolation and low monthly utilities charges. Heating is central. There are 2 elevators available and tenants can as well use common bycicle room and drying room on the apartment floor. There is a well a storage room in the ground floor available.

Price

Rent of this apartment is 19 500 CZK plus utilities ( water, heating, common areas cleaning plus elevator charges are set for 2 600 CZK. Electricity and gas charges will be transfered to the new tenants. Security deposit is set at 39 000 CZK and commission is 22 100 kč.
