Location

This shared apartment is located in the excellent Višňovka area—just a 2-minute walk from local amenities. You’ll find cafés, restaurants, and major supermarkets (such as Lidl, Kaufland, etc.) nearby. The city center is easily accessible within a pleasant 5-minute walk or just a few minutes by bus.

Layout

Upon entering the apartment, there are two partially furnished rooms. The allocation of the rooms depends on a mutual agreement with the current prospective tenant. In the hallway leading to the kitchen, you will find a shoe cabinet with a mirror and a coat rack. The main hallway also provides access to a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. From the hallway, you enter the kitchen, and on the right-hand side there is a separate room. On the left-hand side of the main hallway, you enter the second separate room.

Furnishing

The rooms are offered with basic furnishings as shown in the photos. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, including an electric oven and stove, a fridge with a freezer, and a dining table with chairs. A washing machine is located in the bathroom.

Facilities

The building is clean, safe, and energy-efficient. The apartment also includes a private bike storage room and a cellar for storing additional belongings.

Price

The rent for each room is 7,000 CZK plus utilities of 2,000 CZK. The refundable security deposit is 14,000 CZK. The agency fee is 7,000 CZK.

Conditions

he owners require non-smokers without pets for long-term rental. The room is available for move-in from August 1, 2026, and the ideal tenant is a student.

The owners reserve the right to select a suitable applicant based on their criteria.
