Layout

Upon entering the apartment, you are greeted by a hallway with a built-in wardrobe offering ample storage space. On the left side, there is a separate toilet and a bathroom with a shower. Directly opposite the entrance doors is a bright living room with a kitchenette and to the right of the living room, you’ll find a cozy and spacious bedroom.

Furnishing

The apartment is fully furnished, but it can also be rented unfurnished upon agreement.

The fixed equipment includes a built-in kitchen with appliances (large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and induction cooktop), a practical built-in wardrobe in the hallway with plenty of storage space, and a hallway mirror.

The living room is furnished with a sofa set, TV stand, chest of drawers, desk with two chairs, and a coffee table. The bedroom features a large built-in wardrobe, a double bed, bedside tables, and lamps.

All windows are fitted with blinds, insect screens, curtain rods, and drapes. 

Facilities

The apartment has its own gas boiler providing heating and hot water. The rental includes a cellar, and tenants also have access to a bike storage room, a workshop room and a drying room.

There is a shared fenced garden, where each tenant has their own designated area – perfect for relaxing, barbecuing or small garden beds, right outside the apartment windows. The garden also features a well that can be used for watering.

A reserved parking space is available for rent on a fenced and camera-monitored lot directly in front of the building, with a remotely operated gate, for a fee of CZK 2,000 per month.

The apartment has a wired internet connection, and the building offers optical internet access, which can be activated with a provider as needed.

Price

The rent for this apartment is CZK 18,000 per month. Utility and service costs (electricity, gas, water, and building services) are transferred to the tenant and amount to approximately CZK 4,000. The internet fee is also transferred to the tenant. The refundable security deposit is CZK 36,000, and the agency fee is CZK 22,000. If the tenant wishes to rent a reserved parking space, an additional fee of CZK 2,000 per month.

Conditions
