The total size of the apartment is 69sq. m. The size of this room is 18sq.m. There are three bedrooms in total, each with its own entrance door. The windows of this room are oriented to the street. You can also find there a small balcony in the common area.

The apartment is fully furnished with all the necessary furniture and appliances. There is a very nice and modern kitchen (dishwasher, fridge+freezer, oven, microwave oven, etc) connected to the dining area, three separate bedrooms (wardrobe, study desk with a chair and a bed) modern bathroom with shower corner and a washing machine and separate toilet with a sink.
