Monthly rent is 18,000 CZK plus 2,984 CZK for utilities, services, and internet. 

There is a possibility to rent a parking space for a fee.

It is also necessary to pay a refundable deposit and a commission to the real estate agency.

The landlady demands a contract for at least 1-year or short term after the agreement.
