This is 2-bedroom apartment. After entering the apartment, you will walk through the entrance hall, on the right hand side there is a dressing room and on the left hand side you will enter the bathroom.

Directly in front of you on the left side is the living room with the kitchen, from the living room you enter a spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the Železné hory.

The apartment has a bedroom with a separate entrance. The living room with kitchen and bedroom are oriented to the southeast.

Furnishing

The apartment is partly furnished. The kitchen has new built-in appliances such as an oven, electric hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer.

The bathroom has a shower corner with a toilet, a connection for a washing machine, which will be part of the apartment after the agreement with the owner.

The floor has a floating floor (living room) and bedroom, the other rooms have ceramic tiles. The windows are plastic, soundproof (triple glass). The entrance door is a Sapeli security brand.

Facilities

Smilova Rezidence is brand new complex of apartment, which has its own object management and offers the highest level of security for you. It is made of bricks and it has the newest isolation. Heating is central. Apartment is located in the 4th floor accessible by the elevator. Beside the terrace connected to the apartment, tenants can use common bicycle room in the ground floor. 

Price

Rent of this apartment is 17 500 CZK. Utilities are priced at 2500 CZK (not including the internet charge). Security deposit is 35 000 CZK and commission is 20 000 CZK.
