As you can see in the photos, the apartment is partly furnsihed. 

Kitchen desk includes a basin, a dishwasher, a stove and an oven.

In the bathroom there is a bathtub, wash-basin with a mirror, and at the separate toilet there is a small wash-basin too.

The building is new, in excellent conditions.

Both rooms of the apartment have its own air-conditioning.

Price

The monthly rent is 15 500CZK plus 2 500 CZK for utilities, electricity is not included.

The refundable deposit is two month rent (31 000 CZK).

The minimum rental period is 1 year with a possibility of further prolongation.
