On the right side we have a large storage room with in-built wardrobes. From the corridor we get into the the largest room - living area and open kitchen. On the right is the separate room ideally equipped for a child or a student. On the left side, the separate room consist of main bedroom and walk - in wardrobe space.

Beside build-in wardrobes, you can find all you need in the perfect apartment. Kitchen has all equipment from the electric stove with electric oven, dish washer, microwave oven, boiling cattle, coffee maker, kitchen ware. There is a large dining table with chairs, leather sofa with conference table, armchair, tv stand with tv. In the bedroom, we have an extendable bed with quality mattress, wardrobes, student's table and chair. Main bedroom is equipped with the king size bed, cabinets and walk-in wardrobe equipped with the hangers, bedsheets for 4 people as well bedding for 4 people including bed linen and towels as well as ironing board with iron, hairdryer.

Facilities

This is the building made of bricks with central heating with the isolation and plastic windows and it is monitored by security system and connected to the central protection counter (increased security).

Apartment is accessible by the elevator and in the ground floor there is private parking lot and also 3 private bicycle racks

The rent is 24 000CZK, utilities 6200CZK.

Security deposit is 30 000CZK.
