The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, stove with cooker, hood, fridge with freezer. 

One bedroom is equipped as a master bedroom, with a working area. Second bedroom with a double bed and closet. Third bedroom could be used as a guest room or a play room. 

Air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living room. Washing machine and dryer are placed in the bathroom (will be supplied by the landlord, not visible in the photo). 

All windows have installed blinds. Each bedroom has access to the terrace. 

Facilities

It is possible to rent a private parking spot in the garage for an additional monthly rent.

Price

The monthly rent is 35 000 CZK + 7 500,-CZK per month as a deposit for services (water, electricity, heating, etc.), + 500,- CZK as payment for Internet

Refundable security deposit is in the amount of 3 monthly rents.
