In the living room, there is a sofa with a TV and a dining table with 4 chairs. Upstairs you can find 3 bedrooms - main bedroom with double bed and crib, children's room with bunk bed and playroom which can be equipped with another bed after the agreement with the landlord. 

There are two bathrooms - one with a shower on the ground floor and another one with a bathtub on the first floor. In the technical room, you will find a washing machine and dryer. 

37 square meters terrace furnished with patio furniture and grill is connected to a spacious garden where you will find a pool, trampoline and herbs garden!

Facilities

The house has its own drinking water softener, alarm system, IP cameras and recuperation system. There is underfloor heating in the whole house. 

In front of the house are two parking spots. 

Price

The monthly rent is 35 000 CZK + 10 000 CZK for utilities (electricity, water, heating).

The refundable security deposit is 90 000 CZK.
