Location

• 10 min walk for your groceries at a nearby Lidl supermarket or to Vankovka shopping centre 
• around 10 minutes from the main bus and train stations
• 15 min walk to the city centre with an abundance of restaurants, shops, and other amenities
• 10 minutes by bike  / 20 min by public transport to Spielberk Office Centre
• 30 minutes  to Technology Park (IBM, Red Hat, YSoft, Zebra)
• 30 minutes by public transport to the University Campus in Bohunice

The building itself is situated at a business park that connects classical and modern architecture while giving enough space to nature and greenery. A bikers and joggers friendly area.

Layout

There is a modern studio apartment suitable for 1 person available for rent now. 
The studio consists of an entrance hallway, a residential room with a kitchen corner, a bathroom with a shower corner and basin, and a toilet.

• study table and chair
• wardrobe
• kitchen cabinets (glass-ceramic stove, microwave oven, small fridge)

Extra paid, optional services:

• bedding package
• kitchen utensils package: pots, crockery, cutlery, glasses etc.
• vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board: at disposal at the reception
• laundry room with washing machines and dryers

Facilities

• At the lobby:  pool table, cinema section, TVs, Petrof piano, chill-out zone, study/work area, etc.
• You can store your bike inside the building
• If you didn't bring your own bike, there are bikes to borrow for free by the reception 
• There are around outside parking spots waiting to be rented to car owners 1 300 CZK / month
• 2 terraces on the 6th and top floor

Price

A utility consumption charge must be added to the monthly accommodation fee, the utility charge is flat and non-billable (water, sewage, heat, electricity). Shared WiFi for basic online activities (finding bus connections, ordering food, using a map). Private cable Internet can be provided, and it is paid extra (watching Netflix, working/studying from home, etc.).

The refundable deposit is 25,000 CZK (for booking long-term as well as short-term). 

Conditions

It is possible to book the apartment for a short term, the minimum accommodation agreement period is 1 month. 

All the interior premises of Domeq are nonsmoking. There is a designated area outside the building for smokers where smoking is allowed.
