Let us offer you this nice lockable room in an 2-room apartment. The room is part of an apartment which has together 2 rooms (this is one of them). There is a young Czech working girl living in the other room (2 rooms = a total of 2 people in the flat).

Location

The room is located in Prague 4, Braník. The location is perfect for sport – you are close to the river – jogging, biking – 5 min; swimming pool „Podoli“- 15 min

• 7 min by walk to the tram station "Přístaviště"
• easy to get everywhere in Praha 4 – Budějovická, Pankrác, Brumlovka

Layout

The room is for one person. The visitors must be announced, maximum 1 extra person, more than 4 nights/month = 150 CZK a night.

It is not possible to park in the street (blue zones for the inhabitants)

Furnishing

The room has a 140 cm bed with mattresses, a table, 1x chair, your own washbasin, shelves, black metal wardrobe, which is in vintage style combined with Ikea.

In the common spaces, there is a hall with a kitchen and bathroom. In the bathroom, there is a shower with a toilet. The kitchen has its basic equipment,  washing machine, cooker and fridge.

Facilities

The house is very quiet, about 15 flats, with a garden behind the house, roof flat, 3rd floor without elevator.

Price

The monthly rent is 8 500 CZK with all the utilities (for a 12-month contract).

In case the rent is shorter than 12 months, the rent is 10 000 CZK with all the utilities. Minimum length of rent is 6 months.

A refundable deposit is 12 000 CZK + plus Liability Insurance for the damages in a rented house.

The price does not include: regular and final cleaning of the room, blanket, pillow, bed linen, towels can be provided (for 1000 CZK fee).

Conditions

No smoking in the room and in the flat.
