The living room is furnished with a sofa, coffee table, table with chairs and some small bits of furniture. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped by a stove, dishwasher, big fridge with a freezer. There is also a storage space where you can find a washing machine and cleaning stuff.

Facilities

The apartment is situated on the ground floor a family house, there live other international students and the landlady in the same building. The house is after the reconstruction, well insulated and heated. Very safe area, parking nearby.

Price

Monthly rent including utilities and the Internet is 19 000 CZK. Returnable Security Deposit 38 000 CZK.

Conditions

Smoking is not allowed in the building, long term rental preferred. Absolutely suitable for 2 students or a couple. Viewing is highly recommended as the place is simply amazing.
