The rooms are connected with a corridor from which you enter to bathroom, little toilet room and the kitchen - the rooms are on the opposite sides of the corridor.

The apartment is located in 4th floor and there is no elevator in the building.

Furnishing

The appartment is well furnished and equipped:

• in the kitchen there is oven with stove, kettle, fridge, washing machine, microwave and a dining table with two chairs
• The bathroom is equipped with bathtub, wash-basin and mirror, the toilet is separate
• the bigger room with balcony has a bed, sofa, wardrobe and dresser, also carpet on the floor
• in the smaller room there is also a bed, little night table and a wardrobe

Price

The monthly rent is 10 000 CZK plus 5 000 CZK for utilities including internet connection.

The refundable deposit is two month rent (20 000 CZK).

The minimum rental period is 1 year with a possibility of further prolongation.
