We offer nice, separate, lockable, fully equipped rooms in a 5+1 apartment on Merhautova street, next to the Dětská nemocnice (Children's Hospital) tram stop. The room is suitable for an individual or a couple.

The flat on Merhautova street, offering all the important equipment to lead a comfortable living there! The kitchen is fully furnished with a fridge, freezer, induction hob, microwave, kettle, all tenants can use a common vacuum cleaner, mop, washing machine. In the flat, there are two bathrooms with two toilets. The rooms are fully furnished again, in each of them there is a bed with a mattress, a writing desk with drawers, a chair, a lamp. Furnishing may slightly vary.

The flat is situated 4 min by a direct tram to the city center (9 min walking) and to Mendel University. It only takes 8 min. by a direct tram to the Main train station.

The monthly rent is 7 000 CZK (including utilities + internet connection). The owner requires one month's rent as a deposit.
