The living room is equipped with a double bed, a pull-out double sofa bed, wardrobe, drawers plus there are also 2 sleeping places on the loft bedTheseparatete kitchen is equipped with a dining table, cooker, refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils. The apartment has its own heating system and TV. Bathroom with shower, hair dryer, washing machine and dryer, ironing board, dryer for laundry, iron, and vacuum cleaner. The apartment has free Wi-Fi.

Great access to the citycentre – only 3 minutes drive to Vaclavske Naměsti (Wenceslas square) or 15 minutes walk to metro station Muzeum. The nearest Metro station is 'Namesti Miru' on the Green Metro line (Line A) and the nearest tram stop is 'Sumavska' (trams 10 and 16), or a seven-minute walk from the tram stop on 'Namesti Miru' where the tram no. 22 stops.

The apartment is located in close proximity to Bezručovy sady and Sady Svatopluka Čecha parks and the neighborhood offers everything you may need. There is Riegrovy sady nearby, a popular green spot for joggers, dog walkers, or those who enjoy a picnic, and great playground for kids.

Vinohrady is a district of apartments, the vast majority of which date from the mid 19th century to the first three decades of the 20th century.
