The apartment is completely ready so you can just move in with your suitcase. Only the residents can take advantage of the bicycles. The tenant can as well use the service AutoNapůl (car sharing in the Czech Republic) without the deposit payment to the provider.

The main area of the apartment is used as a living room with a kitchen corner. Upstairs, on the separate opened floor, there is a bedroom and wardrobe.
This modern loft apartment is suitable for 1 or 2 people, a family. Windows with a view to a calm courtyard.

The apartment is fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, a study table and chair, TV + SAT, sofa and coffee table, washing machine with drying machine function, shelves, wardrobes, kitchen cabinets (2 hotplates stove, microwave oven, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, plates, glasses etc.), bed linen etc.
In case of immediate reservation, we are open to changing the furniture so the resident is satisfied to the maximum.

The flat has a small balcony with a table and chair. Drying machine in the common corridor of the building. Possibility to park in the courtyard. The cleaning service for the common areas is included in the price.
Price
Monthly rent is 15 900 CZK, advance payment for utilities is 4 300 CZK. The parking place costs 1198 CZK/per month.
Free wi-fi connection with the possibility of the higher speed internet rent based on individual needs. It is possible to order the cleaning service for an extra charge.
Deposit in the amount of 25 000 CZK.
Conditions
It is feasible to rent the apartment with a minimum rental period of 4 months with a long-term preference.
