Price

The monthly rent is 5000 CZK (including utilities + internet connection). The owner requires one month's rent as a deposit. In the case of 2 persons, the monthly rent is 5500 CZK.

The owner requires that the tenants have liability insurance for the damage caused by a third party, the insurance is 558 CZK / year.
