• 10 min walk for your groceries at a near-by Lidl supermarket or to Vankovka shopping centre 
• around 10 min from the main bus and train stations
• 5 min by bus to the city centre with abundance of restaurants, shops and other amenities
• 10 min by bike  / 20 min by public transport to Spielberk Office Centre
• 30 min  to Technology Park (IBM, Red Hat, YSoft, Zebra)
• 30 min by public transport to University Campus in Bohunice

The building itself is situated at a business park that connects classical and modern architecture while giving enough space to nature and greenery. Bikers and joggers friendly area.

Layout

This modern studio apartment suitable for 1 or 2 people is available for rent now. 

The studio consists of an entrance hallway with a kitchen corner, residential room, bathroom with a shower corner and basin and a toilet. There is a small room by the bed suitable as a storing space (small walk-in closet).

• At the lobby:  pool table, cinema section, TVs, Petrof piano, chill-out zone, study/work area etc.
• You can store you bike inside of the building.
• If you didn't bring your own bike, there are bikes to borrow for free by the reception 
• There are around 50 outside parking spots waiting to be rented to car owners (1300,- per month).
• 2 terraces on 6th and top floor

Price

A utility consumption charge must be added to the monthly accommodation fee, the utility charge is flat and non-billable (water, sewage, heat, electricity). Shared WiFi for basic online activities (finding bus connections, ordering food, using a map). Private cable Internet can be provided and it is paid extra (watching Netflix, working/studying from home, etc.).

The refundable deposit is 25 000 CZK (for booking long term as well as short term).The accommodation fees varies by location and length of accommodation agreement period. The price shown is indicative.

Conditions

It is possible to booking the apartment for a short term, minimum accommodation agreement period is 1 month. 

All the interior premises of Domeq are non smoking. There is a designated area outside by the building for smokers where smoking is allowed.
