Monthly rent is 12 500,- CZK + 1 500,- CZK deposit for the services for 1 person (Internet included) + 500,- CZK for second person + approx. 300,-CZK as a deposit for gas + approx. 2 000,-CZK as a deposit for electricity. Refundable security deposit for the lessor in the amount of 2 monthly rents.
