Get a certificate that allows you to start your medical practice anywhere within EU!

To start your medical practice abroad, you may need this official document issued by the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic proving that you can perform medical care outside of the Czech Republic in another EU country, following the 2005/36/EC directive (titled 2005/36/ES in Czech). Ask in the hospital you'd like to work at if this certificate is needed.

Procedure

1. bring the original diploma with the diploma supplement to our office or send us an electronic copy of it
2. we'll help you fill in an application form, sign a power of attorney, and we'll make a copy of your ID card/passport – it'll take only 30 minutes of your time in our office!
3. the certificate will be issued and will undergo a series of legal steps to get an apostille → from that moment it'll be recognized and may be accepted abroad
4. you can pick up your documents with an apostille in our office, or we may send them to you even abroad

The whole procedure can take approx. 2 months.

The certificate is issued in Czech language. For that reason, we highly recommend its certified translation.
