Reservation process of Foreigners' Residences in Brno

LONG TERM - private apartments for at least one year

1.) you choose the apartment and let us know through email or phone

2.) you send the reservation fee (usually one-month rent) + agency's commission (one-month rent in CZK) through Paypal (vojta@foreigners.cz) or Western Union (transfer fees are paid by you) or through our online payment. The reservation fee will be, after your arrival, used as the refundable deposit in your rental contract. In case you decide not to take the flat this reservation fee would belong to the landlord for his expenses.

3.) you get the confirmation of your payment and reservation through email. From this time the flat is reserved just for you and the owner or our agency cannot offer it to anybody else.

4.) after your arrival you will obtain keys and sign the contract with the landlord.



SHORT TERM - Foreigners' Residences

1.) you choose the apartment

2.) you fill out the application: Make a reservation

3.) you send the reservation fee (one-month rent incl. energies) + agency's commission for mediating (one-month rent incl. energies) through the online payment (details will be given you after you make the reservation). The reservation fee will be used as a refundable deposit during the whole rental period. In case you decide not to take the flat, this reservation fee would belong to the landlord for his expenses.

4.) you get the confirmation of your payment and reservation through email. The apartment will be definitely reserved for you until you come

5.) after your arrival you will obtain keys and sign the contract with the landlord, you will have to pay for the whole stay (at least 1 semester). The refundable deposit will be returned in case of no damage in the apartment or overuse of the energies. It will be returned on the day of your departure.
