A small, fully furnished studio apartment is on offer in a small hostel full of foreigners, so you'd have English speaking people as neighbours. This studio is perfect for students.
Location
The hotel is located only three tram stops away from the centre (tram stop Česká), with tram lines 2, 3, 4, 5, 9 and 11 passing through the nearest stop, so easily accessible from any corner of Brno.
Layout
The studio consists of a small kitchen corner, a lobby and a bathroom with a shower.
There's a reception area downstairs, with a small library and a reception there till 4 PM every weekday.
Furnishing
It’s offered fully furnished with beds, table and chairs, a kitchen counter, fridge, microwave oven, hotplate for a stove, and a kettle. Additionally, there's also cutlery, dishes, and duvets with sheets all ready for your use. You can have the sheets washed once a month for free.
You can use the laundry room in the building for 70 CZK for a wash and dry.
Price
The monthly payment is 8 700 CZK all included (utilities, energies, internet included in the price) for one person. For two people the monthly rent is + 1 500 CZK. There’s no refundable security deposit to pay.
We would like to kindly inform you that due to a number of the people living in the building, the Wi-fi connection can be weak on every floor. That is why you may need an additional Internet connection arranged with the provider individually, which will not be included in the rent.
Conditions
The studio is on offer for short, middle or long-term lease, the shortest is one month.
