On the left side there is a bench and coat hanger. Continuing straight there is a bahtroom on the left side connected with toilet. In the bathroom there is a shower corrner with ceiling light and  a washing machine with 10 kg capacity.  Entering the main room, there is a kitchen corrner which is fully equipped for the tenant needs- you can find there fridge with the freezer, ceramic-glass stove with oven, microwave owen, boiling cattle and dishwasher.  Kitchen cabinets are fully equipped with basic kitchweware. There is a small dining table with 2 chairs available. In the living area there is spacious convertable sofa which can be transformed into comfortable king size bed. Living room is furnished with coffee table, Tv stand with tv,WIFI, cabinets with shelves and other storage space. The windows are equipped with the electric-control blinds - which are cotrolled by the mobile phone app and the windows are facing the Smilova street - historical part. 

Facilities

This is brand new building made of bricks with isolation and central heating. Apartmnet is situated in the 2nd floor accessible with elevator.  There is a spacious storage room located in the same floor ( 2 m2) equipped with the electric power supply so you can charge your electric scooter or bike if neccessary, the storage room is great to use for storing all the other stuff of tenant. Garage parking ( 30 second away from the apartment) is as well available for the extra charge of 2000 CZK/month.In the ground floor - tenants can use the  common bicycle room as well. 

Price

The rent of this apartment is 15 000 CZK plus utilities priced at 2800 incluidng the internet. Security deposit is 30 000 CZK and comission is 17800 CZK. It is ideal for single person or a couple. 

Conditions

The owener preffers non smoking tenants. Small pets are allowed upon negotiation. This apartment is for long-term rental.
