Public transport is 5 minutes from the house. Sport's and nature's lovers is an ideal choice to run or walk easily to the center itself in 5 minutes.

Lovely one bedroom apartment with a size of 39m2 is located on the 2nd floor.

The apartment consists of a spacious kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and toilet. The windows of the bedroom lead to the east towards the quiet street, the apartment is bright and sunny.

Furnishing

The kitchen has an oven, a gas cooker. The bedroom is not equipped. The bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet. In the entrance hall there is a storage space

A floating floor is laid on the floor. There will be a new gas boiler.

Facilities

The building is insulated and the windows are new, it is the safe building.

Heating and water heating is provided by a gas boiler.

Parking is possible near the house.

Price

The one monthly rent is 9 200 CZK + 1 300 CZK for the utilities (water, fees for common space). Electricity, gas and internet is not included in the payment. 

Security deposit is 10 500 CZK, commission to the agency is one monthly rent 10 500 CZK.

Conditions

 Smoking is strictly prohibited.

The apartment is available from 1st of January 2024, ideal for a couple or an individual. 

The owners reserves the right to select the tenant according to the criteria chosen by them.

The owners prefer a longer lease.
