The kitchen is equipped with a dining table with chairs, a fridge, a freezer, an electric stove, an oven, a dishwasher and a microwave. 

In the bathroom, there also is an access for the washing machine.

In the bedroom, there are three single beds with mattress.

Facilities

The family house is clean and safety near all amenities (cafés, restaurants, square, public transportation, schools, kindergartens, pharmacy etc.).

The parking place outside is available for rent, 1 500 CZK/month.

Price

The rent is 14 000 CZK/month + 400 CZK/month other services. Electricity and internet is not included in the payment and deposits are paying by tenant. The owner demands a refundable deposit in amount of 14 400 CZK. The commission the agency is 14 400 CZK. Owner wishes that the apartment is insured when being used.
