The second one on the second floor. The monthly rent is 11 000 CZK + 2 000 CZK for utilities without the electricity and the internet. The electricity costs 500 - 1000 CZK per month, internet costs 380 CZK. The refundable deposit is 13 000 CZK. Will be available from 1st August.
