Let us offer you a beautiful apartment renovated in 2013! 

It is suitable for a couple, 2 very good friends or just 1 person. It consists of 1 spacious bedroom with plenty of storage room, king-sized bed, night-table and 2 huge windows facing the street. The living room is connected to the kitchen corner which is fully equipped and ready to be used! There is a balcony as a part of the living room, with a splendid view to I.P. Pavlova and other streets.

Location

The location is just great! It takes 2 minutes to get to the tram stop Bruselska (tram no. 2, 6, 8, 11, 13, 22, 23 and night trams) and 5 minutes walk to metro line C - station I.P. Pavlova.  It is also possible to walk within 10 minutes to metro line A - station Náměstí Míru, or metro line B - Karlovo náměstí. 

If you need to buy something you get it within 5 minutes as there are grocery shops everywhere! Also, a drug store is 2 minutes from the apartment, lots of restaurants and bars but still the street belongs among the calmer ones. 

Layout

The fully furnished living room consists of an adjustable sofa, conference table, TV, bookshelves, dining table with chairs! There are 2 huge windows and balcony door which makes the living room very light and spacious! The sun goes in the apartment in the afternoon and to have a cup of afternoon tea on the balcony - well sounds like a dream!

You can expect fully furnished kitchen with stove, oven, fridge and freezer, microwave and dishwasher! Cutlery, plates and pots will be part of the equipment. 

The washing machine is in the bathroom, where you can find a toilet, bathtub and a closet. 

Facilities

There is a lift in the building, so you don't have to walk the stair to the 4th floor where the apartment is situated. 

The building is always locked, even it is located in a very safe area of the city!
