Location

If you are studying at the University of Medicine, you can go 3 stops to the University which takes 7 minutes. By bike you can be there in 10 minutes, by walking in 30 minutes.

Layout

The apartment is situated on the 1st floor of the family house, it consists of a very spacious entrance hall with great storage for your shoes and coats and upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, a common living area and a kitchen unit. From the living room you can enter a big terrace which can be used for meetings with your flatmates or barbecue :-) There is a special space above the stairs in the living room, which can be used for your friends to sleep over. In the bathroom, there is a toilet and a shower corner.

The apartment is fully furnished. Each room is equipped with a bed, study table, study chair and some shelves. The rent for the room is 8 500 CZK plus the deposit for the utilities is in the amount of 1 800 CZK which means you will pay 10 300 CZK per month.

The security deposit is 20 600 CZK. The commission is one rent.
