Very nice, modern and cheap one bedroom apartment - great for one person or a couple. We recommend for those who want to live alone, in nice and clean place but not to spend a lot of money. 

Location

A very nice location with close proximity to many restaurants and cafés, yet not loud in the evenings. Just 10 minute walk from the faculty of medicine and 15 minute walk to the hospital. If you just want to take a bus, no problem - just a few minutes away is a bus stop with a connection that can take you straight to the hospital.

Right next to a popular location for living - Masaryk square. From here it is just 7 minutes walk to big Tesco.

Layout

When you enter the apartment you come to spacious entrance hall. Then you can continue to a small kitchen with a small dining table. When you go through the kitchen you get to the bedroom. From the entrance hall you can also get to the bathroom and WC.

Furnishing

The apartment is fully furnished - including all furniture, fridge, washing machine and also small equipment as cups, plates etc.

Price

The monthly rent is 8 000 CZK + 4 680 CZK for utilities  + approx. 200 CZK/hour for a cleaning lady who will come to clean your apartment once a month.

The returnable security deposit is 24 000 CZK.

Conditions

The landlady lives next to the apartment so in case there is any problem it is possible to reach her. And it also means that you should avoid some loud parties ;)
