In case of immediate reservation, we are open to changing the furniture so the resident is satisfied to the maximum.

Facilities

The flat has a terrace. The possibility of parking in the courtyard or in fenced parking near the building (for a fee). The cleaning service for the common areas is included in the price.

Price

The parking place is not included in the price. Free wi-fi with the possibility of higher speed internet rent based on individual needs. It is possible to order the cleaning service for an extra charge.

Conditions

It is feasible to rent the apartment for mid and long-term with a minimum rental period of 3 months.
