The apartment is ideal for a female student or a professional. It is suitable for one person or can be shared by two female students. The other room is currently occupied by a female tenant.

Location

The apartment is located in Benešova street, where you can find all amanities - grocery, cafes, pharmacy etc. You can be in 10 minutes in city centre by bus, if you prefer walking, you can be in the center in 30 minutes. Bus stop is in front of the house. 

Layout

The apartment consists of two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet and storage room. Every room has access to a balcony. 

Furnishing

The apartment is fully equipped. There are are beds in bedrooms, wardrobes, tables and chairs. Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, all kitchenware is also included. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. The living room is not possible to use - it is locked.

The apartment is located on the 6th floor with the elevator. 

Price

The rent for a room is 7 500 CZK plus approx. 2 250 CZK for utilities. Internet is included.

Security deposit is 15 000 CZK per person.
