The building is perfectly located between the Medical Faculty and the Hospital, the Faculty of Pharmacy is located just around the corner and the University of Hradec Králové is across the street. 

Layout

This is 1-bedroom apartment. After entering the apartment, you will walk through the entrance hall, on one side there is a kitchen corner and on the other side you will enter the bathroom.

Directly in front of you, there are two separated rooms with a balcony with a beautiful view. Always one apartment on the floor doesn't have a balcony due to technical issues.

Furnishing

The apartment is fully furnished. 

Both main rooms equipped with a double bed with mattress, a wardrobe, table desk, office chair, nightstand table, table lamp, shelves, trash can and hanger. The bed sheets are not a part of provided equipment.

The kitchen has new electric hob, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, kettle.

The bathroom has a shower corner with and separated toilet. Unfortunately, the bidet cannot be installed in the toilet.

The floor has a ceramic tiles. The windows are plastic, soundproof and are facing the city center or a football stadium. The entrance door are security.

Facilities

Renovated complex of apartments, which has its own object management and reception and offers the highest level of security for you. There is central heating in the whole house. There is an elevator and the common laundry and drying room on each floor with washing machine and dryer for a small fee. 

Beside the balcony connected to the apartment, tenants can use common café place on the ground floor where you can buy snacks, lunch or chill out.

Parking is accessible for a fee in the complex of the building.

Price

The monthly rent is 8 000 CZK + 3 500 CZK for the utilities (electricity, water, internet etc.). Security deposit is 11 500 CZK. Commission is 11 500CZK.

The price depends on the season, occupancy, if necessary, the owner is willing to discuss the monthly rent.

Conditions

Pets are not allowed and the building is non-smoking.
