For the period of the low season from 7.1.2023 to the end of March we offer renting several furnished rooms for 2-4 people, with bathroom, in the center of Prague, directly on the metro I.p.pavlova.

Rent for 1 month makes:

15.000CZK smaller room (1-2 persons) + fees 2.500CZK/ person

20.000CZK larger room (3-4 persons) + fees 2.500CZK/ person

The price includes WiFi Internet connection and backups for water and energy consumption.

The room can be equipped with a refrigerator on request. The house has the possibility of washing laundry.

The price does not include mandatory room cleaning once a week, including the replacement of towels and bed linen 250CZK / person / week.

Deposit according to the size of the room 5.000-10.000CZK

The room is designed to move from 7.1.2023 for several weeks or months, ideal, for example, if you are looking for new housing.

Around the house is all civic amenities: restaurants, cafes, shops, polyclinic, pharmacy, KFC, MC Donalds, Starbucks, Tesco, farmers' markets on Tyl Square, tram stop (lines 22, 10, 16, 11, 13,6), Metro I.p. Pavlova and more.

Comission is 20% of rent with utilities per month of rental
