Price

A utility consumption charge must be added to the monthly accommodation fee, the utility charge is flat and non-billable (water, sewage, heat, electricity). Shared WiFi at the lobby Domeq 1.

The refundable deposit is 45,000 CZK (for booking long-term as well as short-term). The accommodation fees vary by location and length of the accommodation agreement period. The price shown is indicative.
