The apartment is located in a trendy and popular area, next to Vinohrady district, about 20 min to the city center by public transport, a tram stop is 2 minutes by walk, 3 tram stops to Metro station Náměstí Míru, famous park Grébovka is just 6 minutes by walk. The apartment is located right next to the park Heroldovy sady.

• 15 min by tram to the 1st Faculty of Medicine
• 16 min by tram/bus to the 3rd Faculty of Medicine

Furnishing

Room equipment includes - 2 single beds, mattresses, duvets, pillows, bedding set, 2 wardrobes, table, 2 chairs, 2 lamps, refrigerator, a basic set of dishes for each person - pan, pot, plate, bowl, cup, glass, cutlery, wooden spoon, tea towel.

Kitchen is shared on the floor (among maximum 8 students). It is equipped with a hob, microwave, oven, kettle and dining table with chairs. Every room has its own locker in the shared kitchen with the room number.

The room has a private bathroom and toilet.

Facilities

There is a washer and dryer in the building, for a fee of 60 CZK / 1 cycle. Only 20 CZK coins can be thrown into the washer and dryer, i.e. one cycle 3x 20 CZK. Laundry detergents must be purchased on your own.

Cleaning supplies such as: vacuum cleaner, mop, bucket, iron and ironing board can be borrowed for free.

The common areas are cleaned 3 times a week - Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Tenants are responsible for cleaning the rooms and bathrooms.

Price

The monthly rent is including all utilities, energies, and high-speed wifi.
