The building is located in Prague 8 near the tram stop Karlínské náměstí and metro station Florenc (B/C line) - a perfect connection to both, city center as well as further places. The main bus station is situated in walking distance - only 5 minutes by walk.

There is also a modern fitness center nearby (8 minutes by foot) and plenty of amazing cafes, bars and restaurant.
