Layout

The 35 square meters apartment with a window view to the yard. Plastic windows protect you from the sound of the yard.  

Furnishing

The furnished apartment is suitable for immediate accommodation.

The entrance hall is furnished by a wardrobe with mirror and clothes hooks with the shoe cabinet. The size of the entrance hall have allowed us the instalation of a kitchen unit on the other side of the hall. The kitchen unit is equipped with a microwave oven, sink, fridge, ceramic hob, and other items. The washing machine in the bathroom with shower corner and toilet and bidet spray.

The main room consists of two parts - one as a working place with a writing table and chair, a small table with 2 armchairs. From the armchair, you can watch the TV. The second part of the room is equipped with a double bed with bedside tables.

There is as well iron and vacuum cleaner. 

Facilities

The possibility of parking in the courtyard. The apartment is located in the courtyard with a lockable gate. 

Price

The price varies based on the lease period. The monthly rent for 1-2 people is 11 900 CZK (all utilities included) if you plan to stay for more than 5 months. The amount of one monthly rent is a refundable deposit. Free wi-fi and TV. 

The cleaning service for the common areas is included in the price.

Conditions

It is feasible to rent the apartment for a mid and long-term with a minimum rental period of 3 months. 

The rent is 11900 CZK monthly rent.
