Towels, bed linen, crockery and bathroom cosmetics are prepared there at your disposal.

New, insulated building located in a quiet alley. The apartment has a balcony  1,4 sq m. There is underfloor heating in the apartment.

Price

The monthly rent is 13 500 + 2 500 CZK for energies, services and Internet connection. The refundable deposit is 30 000 CZK. The apartment is suitable for short and long-term. The price for covered underground parking is 2 000 CZK/month.
