Modern fully furnished apartment suitable for immediate accommodation.

The entrance hall is furnished by entrance wardrobe with mirror and clothes hooks. The washing machine in the bathroom with bath and toilet. 

 The living room is equipped with a kitchen unit, microwave oven, sink, fridge, ceramic hob, and other items. 

The second part of the living room should be used as a bedroom and a study room. From the bed, you can watch the TV.  

For a calm reading evening, you can use the armchair with a coffee table where you can leave your hot tea. 

Facilities

The yard is separated from the main street by a lockable gate in the passage. Ask your relocation consultant about the possibility of parking in the yard. 

Price

The price varies based on the lease period. The monthly rent for 1-2 people is just 12 000 CZK. 

All utilities included. Amount of 12 000 CZK is a refundable deposit. Free wi-fi and TV. 

Conditions

It is feasible to rent the apartment for a short, mid and long-term with a minimum rental period of 1 month.
