The house is secured, there is a reception (English speaking) open 24/7, and a restaurant, gym, wellness and swimming pool (opened during the summertime). If you need a parking space, the landlady can provide it for 1 100 CZK/per month. There is a possibility to use a taxi for free which belongs to this house and can take you to the city centre.

Price

The monthly rent is 21 252 CZK + 5 119 CZK for energies, services and an Internet connection for 1 person. For 2 people +400 CZK/per month extra. The refundable deposit is two months' rent without utilities. The price is for NO heating months (April-October). The price for the heating months (October-April) is 38 139 CZK.
