Nice and well-secured building after reconstruction. At the backyard, there is a place for bikes.

Price

The monthly rent is 16 000 CZK (in case of 2 people 18 000 CZK) + approx. 1 100 CZK for the house services. Internet, electricity, and gas are paid directly to the providers, with monthly deposits estimated at around 5,000 CZK depending on your consumption. Please note that regular cleaning is required and paid separately. 

In total, the estimated monthly costs range between 22 000 and 24 000 CZK. The refundable security deposit is 34 000 CZK.
